The American Psychiatric Association defines pathological gambling as consisting of five or more of the following symptoms:

  1. Preoccupation with gambling (thinking of ways to get money to gamble with).
  2. Needing to gamble with increasing amounts of money in order to feel excitement.
  3. Repeated unsuccessful efforts to cut back or stop gambling.
  4. Becoming restless or irritable when trying to cut back or stop gambling.
  5. Gambling to escape problems or to relieve feelings of helplessness or anxiety.
  6. Trying to recoup immediately after losing money (chasing losses).
  7. Lying about the extent of gambling.
  8. Committing illegal acts to finance gambling.
  9. Losing or jeopardizing a significant relationship, or educational or career opportunity because of gambling.
  10. Relying on others to get him or her out of financial problems caused by the gambling.

In order to reduce the risk of developing a gambling problem, we would like you to remember the following:

  • The decision to gamble is a personal choice.
  • Only gamble what you can afford to lose.
  • Times when people should not gamble:
    • When under the legal gambling age.
    • When the gambling interferes with other responsibilities.
    • When in the early stages of recovery from alcoholism or chemical dependency.
    • When the primary aim is to recoup debt.

We have implemented a number of measures to assist customers gamble responsibly:

  • Daily, weekly and monthly maximum deposit limits.
  • Tools to protect from underage access.
  • Operator exclusion.
  • Access to your Game History (dates, bets, wins amounts and detailed game results).
  • Access to your Transaction History (deposits, withdrawals and bonuses).
